If an item is out of stock, please email us at to be notified when the item returns to stock.  Please note that some of our items are rare and one of a kinds and will more than likely not be back in stock.

On some items, we offer pre-ordering.  Pre-ordering allows you to order an item that is not yet in stock.

Samples of products are included with any order based upon availability.  You may request a sample of a particular item to see if it is available by emailing us at

We offer fragrance/cosmetics research.  It is so disheartening when a favorite product is discontinued by a company, especially a fragrance.  We have invaluable resources to try and track down fragrances/products that may be still available somewhere.  No guarantees; but we will do our best to find it.

We mainly use USPS or UPS to ship our products.  We ship anywhere in the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, and a few others.  Most orders are shipped within 24 hours or less of order placement.  As you place your order, be sure to carefully note if a particular item will take more than 2 days to ship out. Upon arrival, be sure to thoroughly check your order for accuracy as soon as possible.  While we do our very best to make ensure that your order is accurate, mistakes and/or accidents do happen.  Please notify us immediately of any discrepancies.


For orders, some products may be returned by mail within 14 days of purchase date.  Order/item must be returned in its original condition, with everything intact.  Products that have been altered are not returnable.  In order to receive a full refund, fill out the return form included with your order and attach the prepaid mailing label to the outside of the return package to mail the item(s) back to us.  Please make sure that the return form is completed to avoid "return to sender".

All refunds will be credited to the original from of tender.  In other words, if the order was charged, the refund will be put back on the credit card used.  

We do not make exchanges.  

All returns are discretionary.  

Be sure to look for "Final Sale" notice on items which means the item is not returnable under any circumstances.
